Impressed with the VPN service we have been receiving from Betternet. Definitely would suggest everyone to use it and the features of having multiple devices under single account makes it much better.

Hi Alex, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by macOS 10.13.6 no longer being supported. This change was part of our infrastructure optimization to improve performance with our faster and more reliable Hydra protocol and 10G servers, which now require macOS 11.0 or later. We also checked our system and could not locate any previous interaction or request from you regarding this issue. If you contact us directly, we’ll be happy to review your case and assist you with any available options. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

I've been impressed with Betternet from the start. Everything is straightforward, from installing the app to connecting to the VPN. I initially used the free version but later upgraded to Premium to access streaming services with original content and great speed performance for secure web browsing.

Actually, I'm giving this app the benefit of the doubt. Trustpilot should require peeps to indicate if they are using the free or paid version. I'm using the free version and get what I paid for. My experience is paid versions get you much more. So, it's hard to know since not all the reviews are based on the same version.
