Entirely unhelpful
Entirely unhelpful. Doctor decided I had one thing even though it was obvious from previous tests that it was not that. Ordered an extra 3 tests and charged me $400 because they entered my insurance information wrong. Extremely biased and unprofessional, do not go here.

will not go back with new credit card…
will not go back with new credit card rule. been hit with id fraud don't let anyone keep my credit card on file.

BetterMed was great! Everyone we can in contact with was professional, compassionate, and made us feel like they really cared about our illness! Will definitely return if we need medical assistance!
