I love the care I receive when I go to BetterMed. However, I don't like the new policy of having to have a credit card number on file for charges my insurance didn't cover. I would rather be billed by BetterMed than having them automatically charge my credit card

i liked everything about the experience, the online check in was easy, there was little wait time and everyone was caring and friendly, have had 2 very positive experiences with BetterMed in Ashland, va.

I always receive immediate and thorough care at this location. I personally go to them for anything. I have received IVs from this urgent care and superior service i haven’t even gotten at my own PCPs office.

I have been a patient at BetterMeds twice and each time I was treated with kindness and with respect and I did not wait very long I have recommend others to BetterMed Urgent Care.

Not happy with the wait time at all. waited an hour for the results of a strep test that only takes 15 minutes. My daughter was sick in the office way too long. In the past we have come to BetterMed and they have been awesome but honestly after this experience, we will not return.
