Pregnant Nurse at the Harborpointe location there was very nasty & made my child uncomfortable.

My insure was billed incorrectly and Better Med knew there was an error on their end. Bet tr er Med continued to take $500 out of my checking account.

It was a rushed visit. I came in for bronchitis, the NP I saw said she would give me a steroid there to take and then prescribed me antibiotics and left the room. She never came back and moved onto the next patient. I left without getting the steroid after waiting forever and no one helping. Probably wouldn’t go back.

I came in with a badly injured wrist and hand. Was in a lot of pain. The staff was comforting and saw me right away. Did an xray, gave me antibiotics,a tetanus shot, pain meds and a velcro cast. I feel like the staff was very knowledgeable and concerned.

My experience was great. In and out so much faster than any other urgent care facility I've been to, great service, and best of all, the medications I was given helped me get better!
