As always, this establishment is efficient, effective, and most of all clean. I did not have to wait, staff friendly, PA diagnosed me quickly, gave me prescribed medicines, and sent me on my way. I honestly believe this is how urgent care is supposed to operate.

Service Provider (not even sure what that means) was not able to answer a single question I had. Prescribed a prescription even though she didn’t know what the issue was and did not know if it would even help.

I received excellent care for an elbow injury that had to be referred to a specialist. They found me a specialist in a clinic setting that was able to take me the next day. I was completely healed within a month.

My visit was a quick, informative, & in a very clean Room. Meds were prescribed & called in for me which is correcting my condition I had/have...I was spoken to in a very nice manner of which was explained in a way I could totally understand! Thx You Better Med!!! ✅

The PA treated my daughter’s minor ear infection as if it was an extremely severe infection. There was no need for such an aggressive approach and it resulted in her having a significant side effect to the medication. I will never go back.

Although I came in for a cough, dizziness and head congestion for over a week to be told I had allergies. My bp was 160/121 and was told there was nothing she could do to help me, just go to the ER if I felt bad. Only to find out that I definitely should have been prescribed something the my high bp that didn’t change the 3 times it was taken while in the office. I then had to pay a copay to my pcp for them to prescribe something to help the following Monday.
