We had little to no wait time
We had little to no wait time. All parties were professional and efficient. We registered and saw the nurse right away.

The best urgent care in Fredericksburg
The best urgent care in Fredericksburg. Best customer service. Best patient care. I highly recommend this practice for all of your urgent care needs. Absolutely excellent!!!

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff. I don't like that you have to put a credit card on hold...but was glad I got in quickly and everyone was very nice. Most importantly...I was feeling better shortly after.

Never called back after I left an urgent message before my China trip. Called them several times but no answer after my visit.

They now force you to do everything…
They now force you to do everything electronically and save your card to pay balance to pay bill. Last time I ever go here.

I was prescribed a black-box medication…
I was prescribed a black-box medication that had caused painful side effects and no one warned me about it. It is upsetting that such harsh medication was not fully explained to me.
