Excellent
Very pleased. I needed Covid testing for travel. The staff was courteous and prompt and the results were returned before noon the next day.

Incorrect diagnosis
Didn't appreciate the fact I spent money on a Rx that I was told to stop taking on the 2nd day. Then try to use portal to get results and portal is under my son's name who has never been to BetterMed

Easy and quick Covid test
I had to get a rapid Covid test and they made it very easy. The doctor did a good job of explaining how valid my results were given the time from my initial exposure.

The Staff was proffessional and treated…
The Staff was proffessional and treated us gently and kindly. We came in for rapid covid testing and the staff was accurate with information and quick with the responses.
