Great experience all around
This place is amazing. They do an amazing job and I don’t know what I would do without their care when I’m not feeling great. Great NPs and Nurses!

Over-charged my credit card for patient…
Over-charged my credit card for patient visit by 155.00. Had to call Cigna and BetterMed to get it fixed.

Had chills and fever
Had chills and fever. Better Med only tested for flu, which was "negative". but they said take Tamiflu anyway. After another week of no improvement, I went to ER. Flu test still negative, but did chest x-ray and urinalysis. Turns out I had a UTI. BM should have done other testing.

Very professional and friendly…
Very professional and friendly experience dealing with the receptionist and nurse. The treatment I was given really seemed to help. Thank you for a trouble-free medical visit

Better than hospital care
I went in because I have gastroparesis and I caught a stomach virus. When I arrived I had vomited 23 times in 11 hours and they got me an IV along for dehydration and to get my nausea under control. A+ from me!
