Staff refused to see without providing my social sec number. I have great insurance and offer to pay my bill in full. It’s only about the money to Better Med. NOT the health of their patients. I rated them a one but it should be a ZERO

When you don’t feel well, the last thing you want to do is wait. I was seen fast, and received excellent care. I highly recommend BetterMed.

Best experience I've ever had at any doctor's office!! I went here for the first time because other urgent care places had from an hour to three hour waits and this place had none... which at first made me wonder why but after going there I was so happy I had gone!! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, caring and efficient. The site was very clean, beautiful interior, offered snacks and drinks... felt like I was in a spa instead of a doctor's office. Doctor was very kind, caring, listened to all I had to say and went above and beyond to help me with all of my issues. Even got follow up calls with test results quickly. I will go there for everything from now on. A truly amazing experience!

I have never had to wait long to be seen. Everyone is very nice and helpful. While it is pricey to be seen, I much prefer Better Med over Patient First. It just feels nicer, cleaner, and more personable.

The receptionist was unprofessional, the bourse must’ve been having a bad day. The doctor I saw was unprofessional with her choice of words.
