I have used the office in Ashland several times and have gotten excellent care

Not diagnosed right
Not diagnosed right. Next day when my regular doctor opened I was able to get an appointment. Needed medrol dose pack. Not antibiotics as better med said.

Excellent Care
We had a wonderful experience at BetterMed Urgent Care. The online scheduling is a tremendous asset - no long wait time. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We will be back again!
