Everyone at BetterMed was professional and most importantly friendly to me from the phone call to wait to come in to the staff that took care of my fear of being tested. Thank you so much whenever I am sick I will be back.

The nurse was less than cordial. Barely said a word to me and I had to ask what my vitals were. I knew my nose would be swabbed but no words again. She proceeded to SHOVE the swam up my nose till i had to pull her arm away. I've had this done twice before and didn't have this reaction. Her attitude is why I rate this Better Med so low. The other folks were on target, not her. I think she needs to learn nursing is supposed to be a compassionate profession where it's not about her mood or her prejudice.

Doctor and nurse very helpful. Went in to clear my ear of wax. Lost hearing in left ear. Once removed I could hear clearly. Very professional group.

Having had UTIs in the past I already knew my symptoms were just that....a UTI....and with COVID it's so hard trying to get appointments with doctors so I thought I would give TeleMed thru BetterMed a try. I filled out the request online and within a few minutes I received a call from a nurse just to verify my info....that was at 12:45pm. At the end of that call she asked when did I want my appointment to which I replied, ASAP...how about 1:10pm she asked? I was like..in 15 min? She said yes....and I was like....YES!!!! So by 1:20 I had spoken with doctor/PA and prescription was called in. Not always a fan of Telemed but this saved me from an uncomfortable ride to and wait at the doctors office. Kudos to BetterMed
