I had a great experience with B2K. I called to get into on a Fit to Fly certificate. Louise kindly explained all the info and I was able to order a home test at home. The kit arrived in perfect condition, instructions were well explained and my results arrived on time the next day. Very happy with the place and service.

Excellent, efficient and helpful service. I accidently ordered the kit without the fit to fly certificate (make sure you know which is which!) and upon calling to ask if I could add it on, I had it in my email inbox along with the pathology report in a matter of hours. The helpline is open 24/7 to call and email and kept me updated throughout. Can't recommend them enough, total lifesavers!

I have had a great experience with better2know, I was skeptical at first because you don't get any informatioj unless you register, but it was all worth it; as everything becomes clear and easy afterwards.
