We had our digital campaign kickoff call with Stacey at Best Version Media this morning, and she was fantastic! She was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout the process. She listened carefully to what we want for our website, answered all of our questions, and made everything feel simple and easy to understand. Stacey took the extra time to make sure she understood every detail of our vision, and we truly appreciated the care she put into the process. We left the call feeling confident that our new website will reflect exactly what we’re looking for. We’re excited to see it all come together!

BVM has been a wonderful asset for my small business. It has been a pleasure to work with this team and to trust them with my ongoing success. I truly know that I am in good, professional hands moving forward. I would highly recommend their services to any business, whether just starting up or looking to scale.

What a waste of my time and hard earned money!! I should've known when saw the RED FLAG in the contract saying it would automatically renew after the year was up unless I let them know in advance. I was deceived into believing Facebook ads were actual ads, and not useless "impressions" I was later told were on websites such as the Weather Channel & a recipe website. Getting my ads to look decent took multiple back & forths until I gave up asking for the same thing 4 times (how hard is it to leave equal space on both sides of an image?) I was eventually transfered to another ad manager who gave me a few bigger magazine ads, but it didn't lead to a single customer in a year. If I thought I'd have a chance with BBB I would've filed a claim. BUYER BEWARE, stay away and spend your money on someone who knows how to do SEO & AI on your website.
