Kathy, these reviews are intended to review our service not products, product reviews can be left on product pages. This product does contain 25mg of Ephedra Extract, that is not the same thing as Ephedra. If you have questions you can contact the manufacturer 1-888-811-4286

Stan, there's currently a DMHA shortage going on and most fat burners are not goin to be available until early 2022. We do still have a couple DMHA products in stock, Condemned Labz Arsyn and Her Ab Igniter. If you're interested in swapping out for another product I'd recommend Arsyn. Feel free to contact our customer service team at 1-800-499-4810 and they'd be happy to assist you.
