Very slow service, slow to ship, and slow to respond to customer service questions. Had to ask the same question twice to get a clear answer. Package said ship next day and I have yet to receive it 2 weeks later.

We looked into the tracking of this package. It shipped the very next day after you ordered it, but looks like for some reason it sat in your post office for over a week. We are unsure why they held it for so long before delivering it to you.

I'm not happy with best price nutrition at all. Twice I have ordered a product that has told me low quantities shipping ma be delayed, so I order as fast as I can. About a week later my order is cancelled because they are out of stock. Low when I order out a week later, if they told me they where out when I ordered I would use another retailer. I'm finished with h this company, I will use my bonus points and then never again. How hard is it for their website to be linked to product numbers available, every other site does this.

The delivery was expected to be 3-5 days, but was received on the 7th day. I'm new to using the product I purchased, I'll know if I'm satisfied after using the products for a few weeks.
