fluctuation of prices
They have what I want and its always in stock. Would be 5 stars if each time I ordered the same thing it wasn't a different price.

Inadequate customer information
I was disappointed in the company's non attempt to notify me of my order being in back order. The day I placed the order I was told it was in stock. After 14 days I had not received any information by e-mail or otherwise that my order was out of stock. So I had to reach out to the company. It was then that I was told it was on back order and they did not know when they would receive it.
