Hi - Your order from three months ago was voided right away and the pending charge was dropped, so you were never fully charged, and we didn't ship your order. This was due to our 3rd party fraud system canceling your order due to fraud. Hope this helps explain it and why we never took your order or money. Sorry for any confusion this caused.

Pre Workout Shipping
Product, I'm assuming, is going to be good but shipping is taking over a month. Ordered around the 10-11th of February and still haven't received, tracking number says it could be up to 23rd of March. Yikes. Of course I can cut some slack as I am in Australia but still, please do better.

We do apologize about that delay. According to tracking, delivery is set between 28 February - 22 March. We have seen delays in shipments to both Canada and Australia over the last couple weeks. We will investigate this further. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
