We ordered 8 patio chairs. Only 1 came through with a part that was missing a drilled hole. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and resolved our issue in a shorter time than originally quoted! We are very pleased with the products also.

The sand box would not stay together and difficult to get to maintain shape, the cover is flimsy plastic and has already started to tear at the straps that are suppose to secure it, which by the way are difficult to do as you have to tie and untie 6 straps to take the cover off and on, and it doesn't stretch completely over the box. Not a good design

Was looking at them on line and looked at some store's and price for two thought was a good price and reasonable and looking at being high rise. Thought give the a try.
