I recently made a purchase of an outdoor item. The item was perfect and better then described. I lost the carrying case. I emailed about a replacement. Received a quick response. I purchased a couple of outdoor patio rockers from Bestoutdor, they have the best prices and service around. There were a few issues with thecrockers, Bestoutdor customer service was right on top of the issue within a few hours of my request. I would highly suggest using them, and plan on buting more items from them soon.
