Ordered large amount of cabinets for kitchen. Order was very well packed when it arrived. Had a couple issues with a few pieces. Contacted them and they corrected it right away. Had no problems with getting replacements. Also the cabinets look very nice and we like that they're real wood and not particle board!

The ordering process is easy enough, I created a diagram of kitchen and made the plans myself though they offer a design service. My order was ready in under 2 weeks and delivered at week 3. The last mile delivery service was Roadrunner and they sent 1 person to deliver. The skid broke and we had to help the driver unload the cabinets. Since delivery is integral to this company, it might be a good idea for them to vet the last mile delivery companies a bit more. However, my kitchen cabinets were well packed and we only had 1 scratched door which was sent ups and arrived within a few days. Overall, very satisfied. The quality was better than expected.

The price was right and cabinets arrived earlier than promised. Had a problem with the cam-locks but they replaced them promptly.

Thank you for leaving us a review. It is unfortunate that your experience of the product was very poor and we here at bestonlinecabinets are always disheartened to receive a negative review. Although we always strive to better our products and services, there are always minor issues that will arise anywhere from manufacturing defects to shipping damage and everything in between, up to and not excluding missing items which you unfortunately experienced. We are always here to take care of our customers and from those aforementioned issues we would have replaced any missing or damaged items. The most unfortunate aspect of this is that we never received any correspondence regarding this issue. Had we received a phone call and or email, you would have found that the the missing items will have shipped along with the damaged item provided we received a picture of the gouge on the side of the cabinet. Anytime an issue arises, our highly experienced staff jumps at the chance to resolve it not only because we believe in treating our customers fairly but also we want to leave a good impression and make sure that the process of ordering online cabinets is a pleasant and stress free process.

Excellent customer service! The only issues I had with my order were due to the shipper and replacement pieces were sent promptly and well packaged. I'm extremely pleased with the quality and ease of assembly. The touch up kit is kind of lame, but works well unless you have bright track lighting--it's impossible to match the sheen of the white finish.

The cabinets were easy to put together and look beautiful. If I had an issue with a piece on the cabinet, it was taken care of immediately. I would order from this company again and have recommended them to my friends.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!! I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED BUYING CABINETS ONLINE BUT WENT FOR IT ANYWAY. NOT ONE REGRET! THE CABINETS ARE EVERYTHING THEY SAY THEY ARE! BEAUTIFUL AND VERY WELL BUILT! I PURCHASED THE PRE-ASSEMBLED BLACK THERMO FOIL FOR A MODERN LOOK. THEY ARRIVED VERY WELL PACKAGED AND PROTECTED FOR SHIPMENT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME! THEY NOT ONLY DESIGNED THE LAY OUT, THEY WERE SO HELPFUL DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS OF BEFORE-DURING AND AFTER. I REALLY COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE. WILL I USE THEM IN THE FUTURE FOR MORE HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS? ABSOLUTELY!

The finish quality on all of the parts was very good. The only fit problems were with with the drawer dovetails for the vanity cabinet - they were to tight. Hard hammering with a protective block of wood could not get the doveltails fully seated - in fact the edges of the dovetails started to split and I stopped with the dovetails about 2mm to 3mm proud. The drawers do open and close correctly. The dovetails of the three drawer cabinet went together easly. The cabinet constuction would have been easier with instructions - the online instructions did NOT match the cabinets I received.
