Very good quality and price. Took longer than expected to receive and had to get two seperate items replaced with the correct item. Easy to assemble. Items that were damaged easily replaced. Would strongly recommend but give yourself extra time to receive your entire project.

They were awesome & my kitchen is beautiful! So helpful with any issues or questions I had. I would definitely use them again. The quality of the cabinets exceeded my expectations.

I was apprehensive about buying cabinets online, but BOC had outstanding reviews. Their design department was very helpful. I am very happy with the quality of the cabinets. They have plywood boxes and solid doors. The instructions for assembly could have been more thorough. However, I have referred Best Online Cabinets to several people. I will definitely use them again.

Good quality cabinets. Easy to assemble. Customer service was always helpful. Shipping took about 2 weeks but no complaints here as we had plenty of time. Would definitely recommend to anyone with novice carpenter abilities.

I had a very good experience with Best Online Cabinets. I ended up ordering from them due to ordering poor quality cabinets from a large box store. I found Best Online Cabinets in a quick search and am so happy I found them. The cabinets are extremely good quality, were easy to put together, and the customer service has been on point.

We had a great experience with BOC. the quality is excellent and the service is top notch. Had some issues come up and they took care of all of them very quickly. Have recommended them to others and will continue to do so

Took a month to receive the cabinets. No instructions came with them called customer support and Anthony was very rude. I will never buy or refer anyone to this company.

Thank you for the feedback. It is always disheartening when receiving a negative review, but it helps us improve. Your order was placed on December 18 and was shipped out on the December 28. We normally have a 2-3 business day processing time for ready to assemble orders barring no out of stock items but did have a site wide notice between the end of November 2018 through early January 2019 that we are in our busiest season and orders will take longer than normal to ship out due to the high volume of orders received during this time. Once shipped, the shipping companies have their own transit time, which we have no control over. Usually the transit times are accurate but due to unforeseen circumstances, it can be delayed. From the tracking information, the shipment was delayed 8 days due to severe weather conditions which does happen when shipping to the Northeastern states in the winter. Customer service is our top priority. Anthony as well as any of our support reps are always happy and ready to assist. Unfortunately, we do not see any communication from you regarding the issues mentioned. Once again, we do appreciate your feedback. We will take steps to improve and tackle every issue to minimize the issues for our customers.

My husband found the website for Best online cabinets after receiving very high quotes from Home Depot and Lowes for our kitchen cabinets. It took a little over 2 weeks to receive. Once the hubby put them together and installed we are so happy we did. Great quality and the prices are great, almost to good to be true. LOVE MY CABINETS.
