I needed a set of badges on a pretty quick turn. Called up on a Friday and said I needed badges by monday. Spoke to Angela to get my order going. The process was pain free and quick. Within an hour my badges were paid for and being produced. First thing Monday morning my order arrived complete and correct. Couldn't be happier with the amazing product or service I received. I would certainly order again and recommend to them to anyone.

Helwa Rosado was my customer service representative. She was very helpful throughout the order process. As a first time customer, she ensured that I had a positive experience. On behalf of my organization, I placed an order for over twenty name badges. We received them promptly in the mail error-free. All of the name badge recipients were very impressed with the quality, as well as the price! They turned out very nicely, and are very sleek and professional. We will definitely order from Best Name Badges in the future! Thank you, Ashley Eccles

This company is irresponsible and their customer service employees are rude. I will no longer be ordering from them. I ordered name badges from Bestnamebadges.com on a Thursday that I needed the next Thursday and paid expedited shipping costs to get them on time. They sent us the wrong package. I called to inform them and request my package. They assured me that my package would still arrive on time and that a return label would be sent to me to ship back the other badges. My badges did not arrive until the following Monday which was after the event I needed them for. I called in to complain and ask for my money back (which shockingly, they gave) and then I was sent the return shipping label. When the FedEx driver wouldn't take the package that was wrongly shipped to me, I was told that I needed to drive the package to the nearest FedEx store myself, that was 45 minutes away. The manager also called and yelled at one of my employees who knew nothing about the situation. Then when I returned his call he accused me of stealing the other name badges and threatened to have me arrested. He was very rude and told me it was my fault that I received the wrong order. I emailed the owner of the company and requested that he call me to talk about the issues I was having. He agreed to call me but never did. Upon sending another email I have received no response. Very dissatisfied.

The customer is correct, our shipping person mixed up a label and shipped this customers order to a different customer, and vice versa. When we were made aware of the issue, we sent return labels to each customer. The person who had Megan's badges was understanding and dropped her badges in the mail right away, which is why Megan received her badges. It's not "shocking" that we refunded Megan's order, due to the mix up, she received her order late. She still has her badges and they were free. It's what we do. Two weeks later, it turns out that Megan never bothered to send the other customers badges back. She said the FedEx driver wouldn't take the package? This makes no sense, why would a FedEx driver not take a FedEx package? Plus, there is a drop box a street over from her location. We scheduled another pickup and the driver took the package. We would never threaten a customer with arrest. Unfortunately, Megan did not show the same courtesy in returning the other customers order as the other customer did with hers. When asked, they simply didn't care. I'm sorry Megan had a poor experience. It was an honest mistake in shipping. She still received her full order and was promptly provided a full refund regardless. We did the best we could to remedy the situation.

I needed just a single badge for a show and Riel treated me like I was ordering 1k. It's nice to work with a company that respects smalls customers just as much as the large businesses.

I have been using this company for 4 years now and the service is getting worse and worse. Each order I send in is either really really late or they send me the wrong order. 4 years and about 8 orders from them and I have only received ONE order that was correct. The last order I received the representative couldn't understand what was wrong with my order even after I explained it 3 times in an email. I finally had to talk to his manager to get it corrected. All that was wrong was the name..... Somehow that takes 3 emails, 1 phone call and a manager to correct. I then asked for a cancellation on my order and a refund and they denied my request. They have a great product but their customer service need much help. I will no longer be ordering from them. There are better services out there.

I dont even feel like I can give 1 star, that is how horrible this place is. I understand there can be turnover in employees but I have gone through two sales people and my badges are still not here and I paid for them on September 12th. I have called AND emailed and requested to speak with management and no one has returned my calls. Now it is just principle, I want my money back. DO NOT order through this company. BIG MISTAKE.
Response from Best Name Badges· Oct 23, 2015
We have very little turnover, but one of our previous customer service representatives went off to school. Shannen's new representative was prompt and attentive per the email string that I reviewed. The badge order was shipped nearly a month ago. The customer just notified us that she didn't receive it, and has resorted to posting negative reviews all over the internet. The order appears to have been lost in the mail by the post office or was not deliverable. We have an email from her 25 minutes prior to this review asking to speak with a manager. We would certainly be happy to ship out a replacement order at no charge, but were never given the chance. The customer also did not pay for her order on the 12th as claimed, but a week later. Her order shipped out shortly after. We ship over 300 orders daily, and have 1 bad review here. I would urge potential customers to keep that in mind. Cordially, -Ryan Best Name Badges
