I was hesitant to order a ring without being able to see it in person, however Best Brilliance had more unique style rings at a very reasonable price. I am extremely satisfied, as the ring is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you!

I researched a lot of different dealers offering lab grown diamonds before choosing Best Brilliance. It was the best decision! I wanted to upgrade my wife's wedding ring and when she got it, she was absolutely in love. Customer service was quick to reply to any questions or status requests. She loves showing her new ring off!

Recently got my engagement ring "upgrade" from Best Brilliance and I have zero complaints. I'm in ireland and had the ring shipped to my brother in New York for him to bring home. (No customs fee). The staff were absolutely amazing and I couldn't say any different. There's obviously a time difference so for me, it meant messaging late into the night regarding my ring. The ring itself, the Melanie ring, is absolutely stunning and super shinny. I've received so many compliments regarding it already and I'm just in love with it. The centre stone, 1.2kct diamond, is quite heavy, and the ring slides under my finger, but I'm going to get a new wishbone band made to sort that. (The ring is 2.2kct in total). It was delivered in a beautiful presentation box with all documents for the diamonds inside. Amazing!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and the beautiful jewellery they make. If I could give more than 5*, I would ❤️

1st off the communication was on point. Sometimes it took awhile to respond but I always got a response. The ring itself is stunning, well made. I get many compliments on it. The shipping was delayed when the ring was ready to ship but each time I reached out to inquire, someone was always available to help. And it came when they said it would and received it overnight.
