Wrong product delivered took 3 days to get fixed whole process a mess

I placed an order for a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries for my mom as a Mothers Day gift. Playing the order was a very simple. The strawberries were delivered to my mom the day I chose for the delivery. She LOVED she strawberries. She told me that they were fresh, very sweet and the chocolate covering them was delicious. I am very happy with my decision of choosing Shari's Berries to delivered the strawberries. I plan to use this company again!

Terrible service. I will never shop any of their brands again.

I received an email that it was delivered and it wasn't. When I called 4x, the last person said it wasn't available any more so I asked for refund!!!

Left product outside in the Florida heat without contacting anyone or ringing doorbell or knocking and it all spoiled. This Mother’s Day gift was ruined!!!
