Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Your free shipping policy on first order is great. Your prices are very good. I love the way you plastic wrapped the components for shipping, nothing was damaged on it's long journey to California. Thanks..........

I ordered a pair of clips to hold a traditional saddlebag on a saddle lacking loops at the back. Immediately got an email response confirming the order and that was quickly followed by another with a tracking number when the package was shipped. The clips were well packed and just as described.

Had excellent communication every step of the way. The product I ordered was out of stock but a different colour of the same item was available so I was given a discount in the form of a quick refund. They were very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend Ben's Cycle!
