Great selection of rugs and amazing customer service!

I was updating my home office/bedroom and was inspired by a photo that they had in their marketing. I ordered a rug that was perfect for my space, it's so thick lush and beautiful. The quality is very good.

Just received my made-to-order rug from Benisouk. It is even higher quality than I imagined and it is my new favorite rug. Well worth the wait!

I love the products from this company. In addition to being unique works of art unto themselves, their products are well made with high quality and comfortable materials. I initially purchased an 8'x10' Nabta rug, and have since purchased several cactus pillows to compliment the rug. It has completely transformed my living space and I couldn't be happier. Another positive thing worth mentioning, Benisouk does not charge shipping or taxes on orders!

Great customer service and beautiful rugs as expected.

Our rug is gorgeous! Colors are true to the photos online and the weave is thick and soft. Very pleased with the quality of the Ouraida Shag Moroccan Rug; it's made our space so colorful and cozy. The lead time would be my only flag. I know handmade, quality items take time to be constructed, but there was no communication after purchase to keep us updated on progress and timing. I had to chase for an update when 12 weeks passed and we hadn't received our rug or any communication. Our rug arrived 14 weeks after purchase, which was 2-4 weeks later than the estimated 10-12 weeks provided on the website.

I ordered a 10x14 Shag Moroccan Rug. It arrived before its expected delivery time and looks and feels great! Very pleased with the company and our rug.

The rug took about two months to get to me which was what the original timeline was for the delivery. It came well packaged and was exactly as advertised. Gorgeous coloring, soft foot feel, and really elevates the room. I got the Ouraida rug.
