Bought lift in March still not usable nothing but problems from support and with product

As a professional automotive shop I always fill BendPak equipment is not only safe to use but the quality of their equipment can be trusted.

BendPak makes an extremely reliable product, one that I expect will last for years. My only complaint is to the customer service department which on occasion been slow to react to my needs.

Ordered 2 lifts and 2 compressors. 1 lift had bad contactor/relay. Couldnt wait on customer service to get back to us "...in the next few days..." to open a ticket, schedule someone to look at it, approve the repair, order the part, etc etc. Had our electrician replace it at our cost. 2nd lift took all day for the installer to adjust release mechanism. Still hangs up more often than not. Takes extraordinary effort to release and keep released to bring vehicle down. 1st compressor had software configuration problem from the factory. Had to readjust many parameters to match the other compressor for it to finally work. That, was after spending three to four days with customer service. We did that on our own as they could not come up with a solution. 2nd compressor had a major oil leak in the hard line coming out of the cooler. Replacement part was wrong. Still trying to convince them that the part that they sent does not match ANYTHING on the compressor. All thses problems occurred on installation of BRAND NEW equipment. Lost production days and money spent fixing "brand new" equipment.

The lift shipped on schedule and everything was coordinated seamlessly. Installed myself with the help of some good friends. Perfect for my garage. Holds my custom Corvette securely and lets my wife park her Wrangler underneath. Very well made.
