Good job guys

Ive ordered 3 different times. Shipping turnaround is quite long, even with ready to ship items. Sizing is also way wonky. I ordered up to a XXXL. I received it and couldn't even get it over my head. My son took it and he's a size small/29" waist. Fits him perfectly.

I LOVE the products that Beloved offers, and I will 100% be purchasing from Beloved again. Given how expensive the products are, it would be good to get a bit more as far as service goes. In particular, the product I purchased from Beloved was a gift; it would have been nice if I could have added a personal note with the product (I tried emailing about this but was told that Beloved does not do personal notes).

I have now received two completely different orders this year that were the wrong size. And I only made two orders this year. And I have to jump through hoops to get any answers.

I think the clothes are brilliant, and the customer service is so prompt, always helpful beyond belief! Quite literally the only thing I would say is - I wish International Shipping was a little less or even free, as I would buy a hell of a lot more, more often! But otherwise, keep doing what you're doing!
