Easy process, received item quickly.

I was very impressed with how well my items were packaged. Shipping was on time, and nothing came damaged.

I have to say I was rather impressed with the customer service. We had a small issue with a part. Not a big deal at all. I sent an email and got a response within 2 hours. Very easy company to deal with We received our product fast. Shipping was free and we love it.

I loved the bar stools . They were shipped out quickly and some what easy to put together. Like another customer said, have a drill on hand to cut your assembly time. Also I googled how to put the stools together very helpful.

The ottomans I ordered online arrived soon, well packaged and without defects. I had ordered the same products on Wayfair, but I returned them when I saw that Belleze was selling them at a much lower price. This allowed me to buy a third piece at the same cost of the two I had ordered on Wayfair. The link for registering indicated in the papers that accompanied the products was not existent. However, I chatted with a person at Belleze Furniture and she immediately gave me the correct link. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the products and the service.

Absolutely love this! Love the color. The height is a little lower than expected but I still love it.

Beautiful piece of furniture. Well made and very easy to assemble legs. Highly recommend!

Not bad. The ordering process was great and seamless, but the shipping process was not good. Their estimated delivery date was off by five days and the tracking was basically non-existent; I didn't know my product was arriving until the day it got here.
