I will not purchases any products from these again £30 for a screen protector. Gone in the bin because it cracked. Not covered under warranty. Better products a lot cheaper available anywhere. Don’t buy these overpriced goods they are not worth it.

Paid top price for bluetooth adapter. They did not work properly when I bought them years ago, but I put up with them. Recently the fault was causing my amplifier to shut down so I contacted Belkin. They would not talk to me unless I could produce a receipt, from 2 years ago?? They told me I had to find the receipt. It was easier to buy a new adapter. Bought a Chinese one for £5. Hey if it breaks I will be throwing 1/6 of the purchase price of the Belkin ones in the bin. After all that is where the Belkin ones have ended up.

Sadly this company did not live up to expectations. Equipment ordered was fine - when it finally arrived. Customer service however was not - On order it implied a 1-2 working day delivery time - it took well into a week+ It is also only possible to contact this company by using a premium rate phone number.... no email address available at all!!

I would not even give this piece of $@!? company a 1 star rating! They deserve a -10 rating for screwing thousands of loyal customers by discontinuing their IP camera and smart plug service!!! I hope they get sued for billions and tank ! I will NEVER EVER even consider using any product or service from this crap company!!!!!

I bought their Bluetooth iPad keyboard over a year ago. The cover broke within the first few months and the overall built quality seems cheap for its price. The keyboard itself is fine and still functioning but wish the quality matched its pricing
