I bought a $40 screen protector from the Apple Store, cracked in a month. Went through the belkin site where I had already registered the screen protectors. Sent in proof of purchase and pictures, never heard back. What a rip off. Won’t make that mistake again.

Ware gekauft, nach ca. 5 Monaten defekt. Über etwas nervige Umwege mit Belkin telefoniert, genau geschilderte was defekt ist, der Vorgang sollte bearbeitet werden. Neue Rückfrage was nicht funktioniert, erneut mitgeteilt. Wieder Email Bilder wären noch angebracht! Es handelt sich um ein Produkt im Wert über ca. 50 € bei Amazon gekauft nicht 5000 € (Belkin 108-W-GaN-USB-Ladestation) Letztendlich keine weitere Bearbeitung durch Belkin, geschweige ein Austausch des defekten Gerätes. Belkin mit Sicherheit nicht wieder. Der Kundendienst ist unterirdisch schlecht.

J'ai acheté la protection d'écran , chez Apple ,pour mon iPhone 15 pro . 2 jours après, le film était cassé dans l'angle . Cela fait 3 mois que je me bats avec Belkin pour avoir une nouvelle protection. +de 20 mails , à chaque fois ils disent que c'est Ok et plus de nouvelle . Et Apple refuse de prendre le relai sur cette affaire . Je déconseille !!!!

I purchase the Belkin ScreenForce™ UltraGlass 2 from the Apple store for my iPhone 15 pro. The protector cracked within a week. I requested a replacement which took 7 weeks to come. The Apple store applied the replacement protector which cracked again within a week. I then requested a refund, to which Belkin said they would investigate however, just sent me another new screen. I've not installing the 3rd protector as I see no improvements to the design. I'm very disappointed with the product and slow response of Belkin. It was my first product from them and probably my last.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I agree with the reviews of others, they are a scam. Over 2 months ago I provided all of the necessary proof documentations to replace my iPhone screen protector and still I have not received anything. I purchased this replacement cover from Apple to give me unlimited iPhone screen protector replacements and I think that it is a big shame on Apple for recommending this company to their customers, especially when their phones are very expensive and at the high end. I've tried contacting Belkin customer services so many times to get this sorted and I either don't get a response from them online/via email or I get fobbed off by their online chat and they all just pass the blame onto the next department. Don't recommend, save your money and the hassle!

Bought the Belkin ScreenForceTemperedGlass Treated Screen Protector for a new iPhone 14 Plus. What a mistake! Not only is there just ONE in the box, but it has begun to lift up in the upper left corner of the screen. There is now an annoying and distracting air bubble sitting there. This is after only six days of careful use. I will never use Belkin again. Ten years ago they were great…not anymore. Judging by the other reviews on here I’m not even going to bother asking for a refund. It sounds like Belkin have become an extremely shady company - I haven’t the time nor the patience for that garbage. Same goes for CASETiFY…Dodgy! On the other hand, I bought a Spigen Glas.tR EZ Fit Glass Screen Protector to my Apple Watch Ultra and it is amazing. Very easy to apply and you get two. They also respond promptly to any query. Up to you!

I have provided all the necessary documentation to replace my screen protector per my warranty. It’s been 10 days and nothing. Looks like I have to go spend money on another one to protect my phone. I will never buy Belkin again. Terrible customer service. Shame on Apple for saying it takes 3-5 days too.
