Cracked screen in one day with belkin iPhone screen protector stupidly bought at apple with phone for convenience. every other product, especially chargers and their cords hardly last a year any more. Prices so much more but quality down the toilet.

Unterirdisch. Display Schutz registriert, nach 4 Wo Defekt, nach 4 Wo. wollte man nochmal Infos und seit dem stellen sie sich tot. Nie wieder. Traurig das Apple mit so einer Firma zusammenarbeitet.

Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Dock Pro Garantiefall: (Bewertung von mir -5 Sterne) Im Juni 2024 hatte ich einen Garantiefall gemeldet. Es dauerte 3 Monate bis ich eine Rücksendung mitgeteilt bekommen mit einer Adresse in Tschechien. Als ich das Gerät los geschickt hatte wurde mir 1 Tag später mitgeteilt das es eine falsche Adresse sei. Der Versandt kostete mich 23 EUR. Mir wurde mitgeteilt ich solle mich um die Rücksendung zu mir bemühen. fast 3 Wochen später kam das Gerät wieder bei mir an. Dann wurde mir ein RMA Schein zugesandt der nach NL adressiert wurde. Ich musste mehrfach zur Postfiliale die 6 KM entfernt liegt hin fahren was für mich ein erheblicher Aufwand darstellt. Insgesamt 4 mal. Nun ist das Gerät in NL am 16.11.24 angekommen jedoch habe ich bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich habe bereits min. 8 x die Hotline angerufen und mitgeteilt das ich meinen Aufwand entschädigt haben möchte, was bis heute lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen wurde. Ich musste zwischenzeitlich ein neues Dock kaufen was ich von Thinkpad geholt habe das 230 EUR gekostet hat weil ich sonst nicht weiter arbeiten hätte können. Also hat mich das ganze Locker 350 EUR gekostet plus die Anschaffung des Dock Pro. Ich werde in der Zukunft nichts mehr von Belkin kaufen. Zudem heißt es immer Gogreen was ich aber nicht bestätigen kann weil Geräte wild herumgeschickt werden. Die Adresse in Tschechien war von DHL. Wann ich letzen Endes mein Schaden erstattet bekomme ist fraglich. Der Support verweist auf den Kundenservice, jedoch ist dieser nur per Email erreichbar und ich habe bis HEUTE keine Reaktion von diesem erhalten.

Ho acquistato un proteggi schermo Belkin in apple store il 2/11/24. in poco più di un mese il vetro si è danneggiato. Ho fatto richiesta di sostituzione dato che il prodotto viene venduto come garantito a vita, ma non sto ricevendo alcuna comunicazione da parte di Belkin. Erroneamente ho scelto questa soluzione per il mio nuovo iPhone con l'obiettivo di far installare il vetro protettivo direttamente in apple store e in maniera corretta, ma sono rimasto sbalordito dalla fragilità di questo accessorio. Aggiornamento: dopo 5 giorni lavorativi ho ricevuto un nuovo proteggi schermo da Belkin. Il primo viene inviato senza necessità di dimostrare il danno. Ritengo però che sia poco funzionale rimanere per una settimana con un vetro protettivo danneggiato e sarebbe molto più utile se la gestione della sostituzione venisse effettuata tramite Apple Store.

Cracked screen protector Belkin case No. 16945530 I purchased a Belkin screen protector for an iPhone XR that cost £29.99 on the 5th March 2024 because the salesman said “I know its expensive but it is covered even if the screen cover cracks just bring it back to us and we will replace the screen cover” Went back to the Chelmsford branch of Western computers and was told the screen cover is covered under the warranty however, I must make a warranty claim direct to Belkin and they will send me a replacement screen cover and then take this back to the store for them to fit it. I submitted a warranty claim on the 30th October 2024 and was informed I would be contacted in 3 - 5 days, after waiting approx two weeks I enquired with Belkin again and was told the screen cover is no longer available and they would process a refund and I should allow 2-3 working days. This was on the 15th November 2024 and to date I have still not heard anything! Apple should be ashamed of themselves putting their name to Belkin and Western computers!

I canceled my order but they still shipped it. I can't get any support by chat or via phone. No response. Avoid this company. If you have a problem it will be impossible to get resolved.

Bought a Belkin docking-station (Belkin CONNECT USB-C 5-in-1 Multiport Adapter) in March 2024. I needed one in a hurry and the Belkin was the cheapest available. The look and feel of the product was ok and initially it worked as needed. Within 6 months it was unreliable and before the end of the year it had stopped working entirely.

Wish I had seen these reviews when apple convinced me to spend £30 on the screen protector which broke after 1 month- no customer service no bot chat that actually works as it doesn’t recognise numbers!! And no customer services that get back to you
