I had a screen protector fitted at the Apple Store it cost a fortune but was told it had a lifetime warranty it’s cracked but they will not replace it saying it’s wear and tear save you money and buy something cheaper these are poor quality and only last a few months I will not buy another Belkin product ever

Belkin does not honor its lifetime warranty on screen protectors. Do not let them persuade you to spend £35 on one—they will break, and Belkin will refuse to replace them.

Je ne recommande pas ces produits. Le produit que j’ai acheté était garantie à vie, mais la compagnie n’honore pas leur garantie. Fausse publicité et fausse information. Vous ne devriez pas acheter les produits de cette compagnie.

Bought a power bank with cables attached, 1 lighting 1 type C, probably charged 6 times as it's for when we go on holiday. Charged it the other day and all the LED are flashing wont charge any device. Chat with Belkin over 2 days telling me to "do this do that", after all that will not send replacement,terrrible company will get an Aukey one which is a very good company to deal with.

I bought a IPhone 15 promax at Apple Highgate in August last. The salesperson sold me a rather pricey Belkin Ultraglass 2 screen protector that was apparently guaranteed not to break, and if it did I could just fill out an online form and Belkin would send me another free of charge. Of course when you buy a screen protector and have it installed you don’t get the packaging to read any fine print so must rely on what you’ve been told. About seven months later my screen protector cracked, so I went to Belkin’s website and spent far too long finding the webform to fill out. A week or so later I got an email at 6:20pm telling me I’ve been denied a replacement. I tried calling- no dice. I got hold of someone today who told me my claim isn’t valid. He went to the trouble of reading the policy out to me. All of it. I explained what I had been told at the store, and how Australian consumer laws relate to the matter, and I got another story and then another hold period before being told that someone would contact me via email about it. This hasn’t happened, and isn’t likely, because I’m sure that was just a way of getting off the phone. Very poor service, and I don’t recommend Belkin for anything based on this. Zero stars

Same experience as most. Terrible product and even worse customer service. Got a screen protector, it has chipped and now the warranty is 'void'. Even after 'registering' the product on their website. Should have used Amazon straight away. You DO NOT get replacements with Belkin, it's all a lie. £35 for a screen protector. It's a scam for something that will have cost less than £1 to make. DO NOT USE THIS BRAND.

Esperienza pessima dopo solo 10 giorni che lo store Apple aveva applicato il vetro al costo di € 34.90, si sono presentate bolle per tutto lo schermo. SCONSIGLIATISSIMA LA PROTEZIONE E L'ASSISTENZA.
