Don't buy anything from them that you expect to work in the next week, let alone the next year. Give them as much loyalty as they give you which apparently is nothing with them making your products non functional.

Just installed Wemo devices across my home, only to find out Belkin is ending support and app access in early 2026. Features I bought these for—like remote control and voice assistant integration—will stop working soon after my purchase. Disappointed that a trusted brand is dropping support for products still being sold. Expected better long-term reliability from Belkin. #Wemo #Belkin #SmartHome

I wish 0 stars was an option. Quality is poor just like their customer service. They will make it as difficult as possible to get a new screen protector. Be prepared to waste time requesting a warranty and days or weeks to receive the product once you jump through all the hoops.

Compré por un precio alto un protector de pantalla con ellos porque me habían informado de que tenía garantía en caso de rotura o desgaste y cual es mi sorpresa cuando contacto con ellos por desgaste que me dicen que eso no está contemplado para poder sustituirse. Una estafa

Customer service chat function is great. It’s just a shame that the replacement service is a bit of a sham and the product itself is rubbish. I have always bought cheap Amazon glass screen protectors in the past and have rarely had to replace these. I had a belkin one put on at the Apple Store in Nov when I got my iPhone 16 and I am already on my second replacement. But I tried to order my second replacement only to find out I needed an original receipt this time and I didn’t last time! I felt like they were making stuff up as they go along. Apple Store tell you to just register the product online but customer service told me this was wrong and all that is needed is the original receipt and an image of the broken screen protector on your phone. I did not have the receipt however so I am officially stuck with a broken screen protector. Also, don’t make the mistake of taking the screen protector off to take the picture!!!! You will just have to deal with little shards of glass going in your fingers until you get round to ordering a replacement cuz if you take it off they defo won’t replace it. So to make things even more complicated you have to use someone else’s phone to take the picture of it and get them to send to you. I guess the terrible process of ordering a replacement is how they earn all their money because people pay silly amounts for supposedly unlimited screen protectors when in reality they break straight away and you can never order a replacement. So you are paying silly amounts for a cheaply made product which is not fit for purpose. The only positive is the chat customer service function who are quick to answer messages and friendly. Shame they have to rep such a crap product…
