Zero stars. It aligns with your business model to end support for an entire product line because it isn't making you enough money anymore? Basically they're saying customer satisfaction doesn't matter, only our bottom line does.

All my products are Belkin from Apple Stores , power banks , chargers and screen protectors. This guys sell u now days a screen protector with warranty and when it cracks you send an inquiry for replacement they never get back to you! I will send my complaints to apple too they can’t be selling products with such bad service. UPDATE : they refund me the amount because they were out of stock ! Shame.

It is disappointing that such a large company misinforms its customers. I have always had my Belkin screen protector applied in the Apple Store. Each time, staff explicitly confirmed that Belkin would provide a replacement if the protector peeled off or became damaged, and instructed me to contact Belkin directly in that case. Apple Store employees were so confident in my claim that they removed the protector directly from my iPhone. However, after written communication with Belkin and despite my proof, Belkin stated no replacement is possible because the protector was already removed by the Apple Store itself. was rejected for 3 screen protectors

Just like everyone else who placed a one star review, I bought a Belkin iphone screen protector at my local Apple Store in November, had to ask for warranty in december: after this lengthy procedure, days passed and no one cared to even send an email to me. Finally I decided to get in contact with the live chat in January and I was told that they had no stock to replace my screen, yet my local Apple Store has plenty of their overpriced screen protectors. I was told someone would have gotten in contact with me for a possible refund but my expectations are low at this point. Moral of the story: a 2 euros screen protectors from AliExpress will do the same job at a fraction of the cost, 40 euros of screen protector are not really worth It, their warranty policy is just as weak as their tempered glass or whatever that is.

Achat d’une vitre protection iPhone garantie. Vitre fendue en 3 semaines. Demande de garantie : 2 mois plus tard je reçois un mail « envoyez une preuve de fissure »… Bien évidemment j’avais changé ma vitre par mes propres moyens depuis longtemps…

Garbage screen protector that does not even align properly. Now the bottom of my screen is in the open and my speaker volume is lower than before. (iphone air). Stay away from this brand.
