This is my third pair Eyeglass and still happy with their service and how promptly they were ordered and delivered to me. I even convince my husband to order his eyeglass and my daughter was amaze on the cost and selection that was available. Thanks for your prompt and great service.

This is my second purchase I have made, and I am very impressed with my glasses and the timeline that I received them. I had to contact customer service, and I got a response in a timely manner and was called back in a timely manner and explained everything in detail. I will definitely be buying from this company again and will continue my support and purchasing from them going forward. The customer service is phenomenal and that to me winds me over.

I have used this company before. My glasses are prefect for my face. The prescription is good. I can finally see. I get lots of compliments from friends from friends and family. They are a perfect prescription and fit my face better than any others I have had before. Thank you

Ordered my glasses and paid for rush shipping. 10 days after ordering they emailed and said my glasses had just been released for production. 20 days later I’m still waiting for my glasses that I paid for rush shipping on. How’s that work? Terrible customer service. Been five days since I’ve emailed and still no response. Terrible experience period. Thanks for nothing befitting.

Hi Allen, We’re sorry to hear that your experience with your order hasn’t met expectations. The high volume of end-of-year activity due to the insurance season has increased order demand, and we are working diligently to manage these volumes. Please accept our sincere apologies for any delays. Upon reviewing your file, we see that our Customer Care team reached out earlier this week requesting your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) measurement. This information is required to manufacture your glasses. We are happy to expedite your order once we have your prescription and PD. We kindly ask that you contact us directly so we can proceed without further delay. Our team will be happy to assist and discuss the shipping payment during the call. Our number is 1-833-233-4884. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, The Befitting Team

When shopping for contacts, this was by far the cheaper option for me. They asked for all my information up front, which made it nice. After placing my order I saw an email with clear instructions on what I had to do. I will be ordering from BeFitting in the future!

Ordered glasses a week prior to the year rolling over. I'm a new employee and wanted to use my 2024 benefits. I called customer service 2x about verifying my order before the year rolled over. They never did and told me not to worry because it's by the order date. The year rolls over, they say they can't fill it, and my benefits are wasted.
