Excellent customer service. I got my frames within 9 days of order and they fit great. I love that this company is able to use my insurance benefits as well. Definitely recommend.

Great pair of prescription sunglasses, BUT the lenses developed tiny bubbles after about 5 months and Befitting WILL NOT WARRANT their lenses. They need to make that clear on their website.

After USPS made a mistake and returned my order back to Befitting, Befitting Customer Care was very helpful and sent my prescription glasses back to me with UPS next day, free of charge.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt I had to after using Befitting for the first time. I was of course, very hesitant to order glasses online but Davis Vision recommended Befitting so I created an account, looking for a pair of prescription sunglasses. The website is very well made and easy to order from. After finding my pair, I placed the order using my insurance and couldn’t believe how much cheaper it was then my usual brick and mortar shop. (Like, half price cheaper!) I uploaded a picture of my prescription and made sure to add the PD measurement as requested. Done. Easy peasy. The next morning, I received an email from Jillian at Befitting letting me know that they received my order but, due to the thickness of my lenses, she didn’t recommend that specific pair. (-7.50 so I’m a bit blind) Jillian also left several links of similar frames that she felt would work better with my prescription, ensuring the lenses would fit well and that I would be happy with them. Just absolutely amazing customer service from Jillian! The amount of care she showed me doesn’t happen anymore. After choosing one of the 3 alternate pairs, the Befitting team emailed me back and upgraded my delivery to Next Day at no charge. They also refunded me an additional $20 due to the delay with submitting the order! I didn’t ask for that and definitely wasn’t expecting it. The whole process was refreshing and the customer service so outstanding, I had my wife also order a pair as well, just to be sure. Her glasses were also less than half the price of our usual brick and mortar for the exact same pair and are absolutely perfect in every way. She was also surprised at the amazing customer service she received. We will now ALWAYS, purchase our glasses with Befitting. Kudos to the entire team! We just don’t find this level of service, care and professionalism shopping online anymore. Not to mention, the prices are SO much cheaper than shopping in-store, shipping was super fast and the quality and selection of frames is outstanding. You have customers for life.

The selection and prices are better than what I am able to find at any other service. The process of selecting the lenses that I need is also way more straightforward than other sites. Once my order was placed, I received great communication about the process and status and received them in half of the promised time!!

Glasses looked great and arrived on time.

The customer service was quite helpful and responsive, who let me know about the possibility of thick lens before I even realized it.

I am SO happy with my prescription Ray Ban sunglasses. Befitting kept me up-to-date on shipping status. I barely paid anything through my insurance. They fit great and most importantly I CAN SEE. Thank you!
