Alicia, thank you so much. A small comment like this can have a meaningful impact to those who read it. Many do not realize how important bees are, and what happens if they continue to decline. Thank you for your feedback as well :)

When i saw the post of the necklace, i was a bit holding back,it had to be shipped to Holland and didn't know if this was a safe account. But i loved it so much and when i read about Save the bees i ordered right away. They are doing such good work! I've got my order 1,5 weeks later and it is beautiful! And the communication is very good. Thank you

I ordered a necklace for a co-worker who is leaving and it was also her birthday. I hadn't received a notice it had been shipped after a week (they made no promise, just very used to quick shipping-Amazon,lol) When I contacted them to inquire about when it would be shipped, I received great customer service. Ollie shipped it out immediately and put it in a special box for me. Customer service was wonderful.

Most orders ship from our warehouses in the US on the same business day, or by the following business day, and we're grateful that you gave us an opportunity to look into this and serve your needs. Hi Cheng, thank you for this review. We did take over the site in January, and there were some issues with the previous owner's customer service. We're grateful for the opportunity to help you get it sorted out. Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to do so :)
