Very easy to deal with. I just needed to upload the documents and all was streamlined for me. Better than the traditional banks which have a backlog.

I was able to obtain updates on the status of my PPP loan application easily and uploading the required documents was also a simple process. The customer service was exceptional! It was nerve wrecking to wait for the money to be deposited into our account, having gone through the first round just to learn that they ran out of $ before funding our application. But, other than that, it was a good experience. Also, trying to figure out our spending was also nerve wrecking, but now that it has been extended to 24 weeks, it is much better.
