Delivery was fast but the dispenser didn't work properly and when I called no one called me back.. I emailed and someone sent a good message about how to prep the pump. The product is excellent.

It seems that Beautystoredepot is experiencing staffing shortages to answer phone calls and fill orders. I have always had instant help in the past. That has changed over the last few months with delayed return calls.

Shipping Delayed Shopping experience was great, but there was a long delay before my order was shipped. Due to the delay, I reached out to your support email that was helpful and quick to respond. Order was placed on 5/11, but didn't ship till 5/24 and arrived 5/26. I will reorder from Beauty Store Depot with the hopes it ships quicker next time.
