Robert Banks I threw away the packaging before I suspected the product to be fake. The perfume smells nothing like the product I have been buying for 15 years. BeautyLIV All products sold on BeautyLIV.com are 100% authentic guaranteed. We directly purchase products with invoices from major manufacturers and distributors, so all products we sell are guaranteed to be authentic. We definitely stand behind all products we sell. Absolutely NO dilutions, imitations, or knockoffs. THE DOCUMENTS THAT PROVE THE PRODUCTS ARE GENUINE AND AUTHENTIC AND ALSO BEAUTYLIV LLC HAS THE RIGHTS TO ACT AS A RESELLER ARE ATTACHED TO THIS CONVERSATION. LASTLY, UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN'T ISSUE A REFUND SINCE YOU THREW AWAY THE PACKAGING. We never behave indignantly toward our customers or call them a liar. We are always kind to our customers and try to help them all the time. You threw away the item and requested a refund; unfortunately, this isn't possible for any customer.
