I bought Glorious from BeautyLIV for 40 percent off the retail price. I also received it within five business days for free shipping, so you can't beat the service and savings. As for the fragrance, the opening combines a sharp pineapple with raspberry, cassis, nutmeg and elemi. Although chamomile is not a listed note, I do detect its presence. The base notes also hit the mark, with a variety of woods, musks and a light touch of patchouli and amber. No suffocating synthetics, no jarring transitions, everything morphs with ease. Overall, I find Glorious to be fruity, musky and clean. The only issue with Glorious is the projection, which becomes a skin scent after a couple of hours. Hopefully, maceration will deepen the scent profile over time. Overall, another great experience with BeautyLIV.

I placed an order on June 13 and immediately noticed I never received a confirmation email. It’s now been several business days, and not only has my order still not shipped, but I’ve received no response to multiple follow-ups. What’s worse is the funds were already withdrawn from my account. I’ve had to dispute the charge through PayPal just to get answers. For a retailer claiming to sell premium fragrance, this experience was anything but. I expected better communication and basic professionalism. I will also be sharing this experience with Trustpilot, BBB, and my 1.5k-member fragrance community to warn others. This is not how you do business.

Dear Melissa Millentree, An order confirmation email was successfully sent from our system. To ensure you received it, we resent the confirmation from three different email addresses as well. Your order was shipped on time as promised. You then confirmed that you received it and said you will close your dispute on PayPal after you receive your order. Shipment and delivery emails were sent from all our email addresses as well. After you received your order, you didn't close the dispute and also blocked our emails. Your package was successfully delivered (in 5 business days). To provide proof of delivery, you can track your package using the following DHL tracking number: 420762279239590304446711341155 You can track this on the DHL website. We have also responded to your claim on PayPal with this information. PAYPAL DECIDED THE CASE IN OUR FAVOR AS WELL. Sincerely, BeautyLIV
