Great platform to find electronic music for DJ sets. I also love their DJ web app to practice online as well as the mobile app to stream my playlists when I am on the road.

1- Impossible to login even if I paid my subscription 2- Support assists you between few hours to FEW DAYS! 3- Weak music library 4- Website to much bugs Guys what a shame!

Cant redownload, site is insanely slow and there are bugs non stop, give yourself a break and don´t use Beatport. Believe me, you'd better be off making the music youself. Or go do some gardening. Don't use Beatport.

Recently subscribed to beatport and on the whole not really impressed. Firstly i subbed to a £14.99 per month sub and my first payment has come out at £17.99 which makes no sense. The app is reasonable but not great. Quite slow and clunky and pretty limited. The sound quality of the tracks seem to differ and finding a lot of tracks are not full mixes like they have being ripped from somewhere else. Haven't really used the website much but I've heard that also has it issues. I'm cancelling my subscription mainly because of the price im being charged and reached put to customer support and yet to hear anything.

Complete joke of a site, you can't re download tracks that have been previously bought and paid for, also had several instances of buying tracks and it being completely the wrong tune. Customer service is as much use as an ash tray on a motorbike. In short, yet another money grabbing organisation, who don't give a monkeys about the customer or music . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!! GET OUT OF OUR INDUSTRY

Delusione totale. Ho usato Beatport dal 2005 al 2017, ho acquistato circa 500 tracce. Gli acquisti sono tutti ok e non ho avuto problemi, ma sono molto insoddisfatto dalla politica che non permette di riscaricare le tracce acquistate. L'ho potuto fare una volta sola, chiedendo l'autorizzazione al servizio clienti, che ha subito specificato che non sarebbe più stato possibile farlo in futuro. A me sembra una follia. Sapete come funziona con la siae e con le copie lavoro, quindi per come stanno adesso le cose, se cambi o formatti pc non sei più in regola. Non capisco cosa costerebbe lasciare all'utente la possibilità di scaricare più volte le tracce acquistate. Boh!! Che costo/danno può arrecare? In conclusione sono passato ad iTunes che permette di scaricare e ri-scaricare le tracce sui nuovi dispositivi. Beatport mai più!

Absolute trash, no idea why people keep using this store. loads of other download stores are cheaper and offer a better service.

Beim Password zurücksetzen stellt sich das System einfach "TOT" mann wird aufgefordert durch eine "nette" Mitarbeiterin ein neues Abo zu wählen bzw. ein neues Account zu machen, dabei wollte ich auf mein altes Konto zugreifen und die von mir gekaufte Musik erneut herunterladen ... vergeblich ...einfach Schade ich bin leider raus aus dem Nummer (dabei haben Sie so gut verdient)
