I did not receive my most recent subscription delivery and I got in contact with customer service. I got a quick response and they checked the tracking and when that did not bring about the package they sent out a new delivery right away and they even helped me get a refund on shipping! Sarah M. did a great job and helped me resolve my problems quickly and easily.

I love my curling iron I think it’s so pretty it’s so easy to use. I’ve had it for about three months and my clip broke. I called the company and they were so quick to replace it for me because it’s covered under warranty for one year so I really appreciate their customer service.

Horrible I ordered July 15th it is now august 9th and when it first shipped it got lost and returned to sender so I emailed them and they had it reshipped then when it got close to my house it automatically returned to sender AGAIN! So of course I had to email and get a refund! I would never buy from here again such a hassle.

I ordered this for my daughter and the 20% discount wasn’t applied.. I sent an email and customer service not only replied, but refunded me the difference within 24 hours!! Thank you so much for such awesome customer service!!!! :)
