Great customer service for an issue

Customer service the the worst I have ever encountered. Purchased Beachwaver, broke returned it and been months nothing back, hour long chat that no one ever responded, 30 min phone call apologized stated order would be sent, two weeks later nothing, now told it was shipped but no tracking so need to wait two weeks. This started in June now Sept 26th. Dont waste you money on this product there are many other options

I sent an email and I was genuinely (and happily) suprised how quick I got a response back. My questions were answered and the issue was taken care of so quickly. The customer service is why I will make this my first choice when ordering product the products are great and the people are a 10+

My Me and my curls mousse would barely dispense from the cannister. I Emailed customer service and they requested I send a video. I did this and they immediately issued a replacement. Its good to know they stand behind their products.
