Excellent response from customer service!! Responded w/in 24 hrs taking care of my problem and refunding my money after I ordered the wrong curling iron !! My granddaughter will very happy!!

I emailed customer service as soon as I placed an order and realized I needed to cancel it because I had ordered the wrong thing and they took care of it within minutes! I appreciated that! I already went and placed the order for the item I originally meant to buy. Very satisfied with their customer service!

Product was great however sent with no packaging only address label on box. This was a present for my daughter who saw the item.
