Beachwaver Co.Reviews of beachwaver.com

My wife and I made an accidental double purchase of the same product. They made it super easy for us and helped us resolve the problem quickly. Great customer service very fast response.

Easy and quick solution!

Person on the chat was more than helpful. Solved my problem in less than a minute

Very friendly and fast efficient customer service

I made an error with the shipping address but didn’t notice it until I received confirmation of my order. Their customer service team was very responsive via email and to help me correct it quickly before it shipped. Most companies will tell you you’re out of luck, especially on Black Friday.

Thanks guys 🙏💗

The agent Sonia was great! She was quick with researching my brother and resolving it. Keep up the wonderful work you guys do!

DO NOT ORDER IF YOUR IN THE UK. Ordered as a birthday gift while on offer, not realising the hair grip was so short. I only saw this once the box was opened today. So they won’t accept the return on both counts. Reading other reviews I’m not the only dissatisfied customer. I’m wondering if this is a scam?
