I had a defective curling iron. I got a hold of customer service and they were absolutely wonderful I sent mine back and they are sending me another one! I will definitely continue to order. We need more companies with customer service like this! Ty Beachwaver

Ordered two weeks ago. Order not fufilled yet. Was supposed to be bday gift for tommorow!! Ridiculous contacted customer service. They had order on hold for suspicious fraud. They didn’t think it was fraud when they charged my credit card. How bout decline the order of you thought that. Bs reason

I bought a beachwaver a year ago from now and I was so excited once I received it. For the first 4 months of using it, everything was perfect, then suddenly the pin broke and I couldn't clamp my hair inside with out fixing it. Luckily, it was very easy to fix and I had no problems with it ever since then. However, it broke again and like last time I was able to fix it however now when I put my hair in the clamp it slides out and doesn't allow the culer to rotate and therefore due to this I can no longer use it. Overall, it's a good product to but if you only want to use it for a few months, overwise, it will only break a few months after buying and even when you have fixed it, it won't rotate without your hair sliding out.

Unfortunately, one of their products didn’t fit my needs, but Emily, from Customer Service was quick to respond with a shipping label & lots of kind support! I would recommend their women owned company & service! :D
