So I’ve learned my lesson about ordering from websites I don’t normally deal with. Bodega has taken my money and failed to process my order, now the item i ordered is labeled as sold out and i have a sneaking suspicion that i am now not receiving what i ordered.

Terrible customer service, only automated responses. Very long shipment times, beware of return policy, no returns accepted for sale items!!! Stay away from then

The worst support ever. Trying to solve an important problem with customs - bodega messed up with a freaking declaration of items and mentioned something by a mistake. Getting replies from a bot, clearly. Should be on a visible place on their website "We don't give a f*** on our customers and you will count on yourself with whatever we would mess up".

Informs you that processing can take up to 30 days after you make your purchase. I’ve been a long time customer and must say in the past two year there customer service and shipping times is on ASSC level . I would have never placed my order if I knew it was gonna take a month to process. Nothing takes a month if I did my job as bad as they do there’s I’d be unemployed

Bodega apparently has a policy only noted in their FAQ that certain items are not returnable. Nowhere in the product description nor anywhere in the checkout process was this noted for this particular item. I don't generally read a website's FAQ when I'm ordering- a basic sales transaction should not require this. False advertising. The sneakers run extremely narrow, a fact I could not have known prior, and would not have ordered them if I was in any way made aware that refunds aren't available. Edit based on response- To be clear, all Bodega's response says is that they informed me of the policy when I attempted to return. At no point was this made clear prior to purchase.

Hi there Clint, sorry to hear of your frustration. Our message we relayed to you right away was the following: "Currently, we do not accept cancellations, modifications, size changes, exchanges, returns, or refunds for items on sale or QS Special Release items. To help you identify these items, they will be marked with a crossed-out price and a new price next to it. Additionally, our policy on these items is stated in the FAQ section, at the top of the Sale section on our website, and at the bottom of the checkout page. "

WHAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. IS THE DIFFICULTY IN LIFE'S EVERYTHING. FISHING , DRIVING BOATS EVERYTHING TO PARTICIPATE IN. YET ANY LAME PERSON GROUP, PEOPLE CAN OPEN A BOGUS COMPANY WITH NO FINES NO SURCHARGES NO PLENTIES IF FOOLING THE PUBLIC. NEVER MIND IT IS TO BIG THE WWW. CATCH A BOGUS COMPANY AND HIT THEM IN THE POCKET. CLOSE THEM DOWN. INCREASE THEIR LICENSE FEE.

-100 stars if possible. Ordered two shoes took them almost two months to cancel one pair and ship the other. Never buying from them again.

Ordered 4 items. Waited a month to be notified 2 of my items were out of stock and will be refunded. Waited another 15 days for only 1 of my items and now struggling to get reimbursed for the other item that didn’t get delivered. Terrible company and no phone line to speak to costumer service.
