Bought a portable pellet grill from them. Good price. Quick delivery. I'm very satisfied.

I was looking for a thermometer for my old weber kettle, did not need anything fancy. Found a 2" simple device. Drill a 3/8" hole, insert, tighten. Took longer to gather the tools than to install. Works as mentioned. Better than sticking the probe through the vent.

Ordered a Fuego 24" grill and love it. Perfect size for my deck. Also ordered a cast iron griddle for it. Unfortunately that arrived bent and unusable. The BBQGuys support took care of it immediately and sent a replacement. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The product was in stock, very well made and just as described. I was amazed at how quickly it arrived.

Avoid. Sold a grill to me advertising "leaves our warehouse in 1-3 days". That was one day ago. Now I'm being told it may be three months for delivery. Trying to cancel now but they're acting like they are doing me a favor in doing so. So much competition in this area - why put up with such ridiculousness? I recommend you look elsewhere!
